Basic information
The Human Resources (HR) Department manages the personnel and payroll agenda at the UWB.
In cooperation with the university management, the HR Department defines personnel strategies, monitors trends in human resources management (HR) at universities in the Czech Republic and abroad, and proposes improving the HR process at the UWB, and can provide career counseling to employees.
The HR Department is organizationally divided into the Personnel Department, the Payroll Department, the Security Department and the Foreign Employees Department.
